Administration - Our administrative procedures can be customized to meet with your preferred practices. Our representative will meet with you to discuss the different forms and service that we provide and the ways in which we can ease your paperwork and administrative burdens.
Applicant Screening - Each applicant will be professionally interviewed. We will also conduct a reference check with their previous employer. Prior to being offered a position they will have to present proof of their status for employment purposes.
Confirmation - A permanent service representative will be assigned to contact your organization on a daily basis to confirm your needs and the performance of our staff and organization.
Orientation - We are willing to provide a one-half hour training and orientation session on your site, for members of our staff assigned there. This session can be facilitated by one of our trainers. This will assist in increasing the efficiency of the staff, as they will have a better understanding of your work policies and practices.
Off-hour service - We will provide your organization with direct telephone and fax numbers for night and weekend service. Our regular office hours are from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm.
Training - Each applicant receives comprehensive safety awareness training and will be made aware of the WHMIS system, Workplace Violence and Workplace Harassment and ESA rules and regulations. The training program is designed by a professional association.
Transportation - For off-hour shifts, and for quick delivery of temporary staff with a minimum of notice, we can provide the use of our in-house transportation service. This service operates 24 hours per day.
